about us > where we work
The Hanna Project specifically targets countries and regions that are difficult for medical and relief agencies to gain access to. They invest tremendous time to develop inside channels and key relationships to gain access where others can’t. They fight against the grain to get to the people who are trapped by poverty and oppression, held hostage by politics or war.
In these places, disease and injury are prevalent. Education is inadequate or altogether non-existent. People lack even the basic skills to recognize, prevent and address health problems. The Hanna Project is responding to the cry of these hopeless and desperate people with more than money and supplies, but with a loving and personal touch.
This year, The Hanna Project is continuing its work in Côte d’Ivoire, is beginning operations in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, and is developing a plan for Morocco and certain parts of China as well.
