The Hanna Project

Save-A-Life IV
Ivory Coast > Feb ‘09

The Hanna Project will lead a medical and construction team to Ivory Coast, West Africa, from February 7-21, 2009. The project will involve surgery, patient care, and vision care. Vision care will provide the population with prescription glasses. Medical care will also be taken to the outlying villages.

Nearly six years of civil war has taken its toll on schools in the northeast part of the country where they have sat empty and unused. The Hanna Project will focus on the schools most in need of repairs, leading the way in providing an atmosphere conducive to learning. New school desks will also be provided. See brochure and video - Educating The Unreachable.

The cost will be approximately $3,100.
